Revamp the PAH brand identity to tell a more authentic story and stand-out from the competition. After crafting the identity, our team brought it to life on social media, print, and an entirely new website which increased active leads by 450%.

RESEARCH + STRATEGY
Fabulous strats, Payal and Sheila, develop strategic direction for PAH based on consumers, competitor, and category analysis as well as in-depth interviews with employees, fine art experts, art handlers, and current PAH customers.
Assist with IDIs and competitive analysis.
Chris, David, Chelsie, Evan, and Dan worked their magic to create the new visual brand identity, sharpened tone of voice, and website.

Firefighter and Morale Booster
Slow client responses lead to dwindling team morale. Stricter timelines, picking up slack when needed, and infusing fun into team meetings help put out the fire.
